Privacy Policy

1. TSE Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is the Privacy Policy for Team Sports Enterprises, LLC (“TSE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) with respect to Your use of the SportsletiX™ Software (“SportsletiX™” or “Software”) and its functionality including server side software as a service (“TSE Services”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into TSE’s SportsletiX™ Terms of Use found here: https://members.elevate-northwest.com/terms

2. Data Contexts

TSE makes use data with a wide range of statuses. TSE adheres to laws, regulations, and policies as determined by the context of the data. Some contexts include:

  • Public Data: Data that is generally available to the public freely and without restrictions.
  • Data from TSE Service users: Data that is provided by a persona supported by TSE Services including Player, Parent/Guardian, Coach, Organization, and Account Manager.
  • Regulatory Status of Data: Some data, such a personal identifiable information, or medical information is subject to laws and regulations.
  • Other Specific Protections: Some data may have additional protections under specific circumstances, such as when the data is that of a minor.

TSE generally makes use of data about the following parties:

  • Data about individuals e.g., TSE Service users.
  • Data about business entities, which are generally organizations with a tax id number (e.g., EIN).
  • Data about groups of entities without a tax id, also known as aggregated entities.

3. Limited Use of Data; Data Protections

TSE does not use Your data outside the context of youth Sports. TSE does not resell or otherwise make Your data available to third-parties, with the limited exception of aggregating data for analytics for MLBU and Stack Sports, and only if You have accounts with those systems. We determine that if You have a valid MLBU ID and/or a Stack Sports ID, that You have registered with those systems and have accepted their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policies.

TSE provides the following specific data protections:

  • Passwords: Since TSE does not have access to user passwords, TSE relies on the user to set a secure password. TSE recommends the use of passwords with at least eight (8) characters, including at least one number and one special character.
  • Account Information: TSE makes use of state of the art and reputable third-parties specializing in identity services (Auth0) to manage Your account information.
  • Business Accounting and Payment History Data: TSE makes use of state of the art and reputable third-parties specializing in accounting (Xero) to manage Your accounting and payment history data. Payment history data does not include credit card information or other personally identifiable information.
  • Payment Information: TSE makes use of third-party and reputable services (Stripe) to perform electronic payments. TSE does not keep Your payment information.
  • Identity Information: TSE keeps account information including account identifiers. In some cases, TSE may keep references to outside systems such as MLBU ID, and Stack Sports ID to integrate with those outside systems.
  • Aggregated Statistics: TSE may work with MLBU and/or Stack Sports to aggregate player performance data, event data, organization data, and other data available to the TSE Services to enable analytics and automate recommendations. Use of data is subject to Your consent as evidenced by having an MLBU ID for MLBU and a Stack Sports ID for Stack Sports.
  • Storage of Contracts: Organizations have the ability to make contract templates and to store signed contracts. TSE enables users to add a security PIN to contracts prior to storage. TSE will not have access to that security PIN.

4. Consent

You understand and acknowledge that TSE is required to make use of Your data, including in some cases Your personal data, in order to operate the SportsletiX™ software and perform the TSE Services including functionality such as registration, reporting, payments, and in some cases integration with MLBU and Stack Sports. You consent that TSE may make use of Your data and any players under Your care for the limited purposes of performing TSE Services solely in the limited context of youth sports.

5. Notification Upon Turning Eighteen (18)

TSE users may include players who are minor at the time of registration, but turn eighteen (18) years old afterwards. TSE reserves the right to notify such players that they have reached majority in order to work with them to convert their TSE Services accounts to that of an adult. However, You have the ultimate responsibility to convert Your account when You are no longer a minor.

6. Right to Be Forgotten

You have the Right to be Forgotten under our Privacy Policy. If You delete Your data or account, You acknowledge this may limit or terminate Your access to TSE Services, and You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred before such deletion.

7. Electronic Signatures

SignetiX™ is the standalone e-signature portion of the TSE Services. If You are a Beta Organization User aged eighteen (18) or older, You agree to be bound by the use of a electronic signature that You designate or accept for Yourself at the time of signing as if the signature was a written signature.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable U.S. Federal law, regardless of Your state or country of residence.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of any portion of the TSE Services after any update indicates Your acceptance of the changes.

10. Acceptance of these Terms

You agree that these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy may be accepted electronically including clickwrap (dialog box with an acceptance or OK button) or by any use of the TSE Services.
